  40. DESCRIPTION
  41.  
  42.     If you use frequently the Aminet server, I'm sure you'll find this
  43. program useful. The aim is to extract from the huge Aminet INDEX file, the
  44. information you need as quick as possible in a clean way.
  45.  
  46.     I know there are many other progs doing 'same' thing but none of them has
  47. a decent interface, none of them allows you to save your prefs, and many of
  48. them don't work very long because the INDEX format changes from time to time.
  49.  
  50.     Here's the solution, no need to type in boring CLI commands, simply use
  51. the friendly MUI interface and enjoy the work ...

  53. GLOBAL FEATURES
  54.  
  55.     -  MUI interface with help bubbles, keyboard support, on-line help, ...
  56.  
  57.     -  Preferences loading/editing/saving.
  58.  
  59.     -  Allows to specify a minimum AND maximum age in weeks for files.
  60.  
  61.     -  Allows to customise the position of every INDEX field so the program
  62.        can read ANY format of INDEX file (even old and future ones) !

  64.     -  Allows to specify which directories and subdirectories to extract using
  65.        listviews in the prefs window.

  67.     -  Uses TREE file to display description of directories in output files
  68.        and in preference window.

  70.     -  Generates a RECENT file in Text, AmigaGuide or HTML format !

  72.     -  Can split the RECENT file (one file for each directory selected) with
  73.        a smart file extension handling. With this feature, even computers with

  82.        and the job is done in ONE pass.
